paws and preparations
Wag 'n Paddle offers monthly memberships and passes to our pools and park, daycare and boarding.
- To book any service at Wag 'n Paddle, you must first set up an account by filling out a brief questionnaire and uploading up-to-date vaccination records.
- We require proof of up to date Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and proof of an annual negative fecal test.
If you are looking to use our Indoor Dog Park, Daycare or Overnight Boarding for the first time, please give us a call (331-229-8660) or email us (frontdesk@wagnpaddle.com) to request a day and time for your evaluation. Once evaluated you can book future Boarding and Daycare through your online account. If you are looking to book a swim, you can book the day and time that works with your schedule through your account.
No payment is due at the time of booking – we will collect payment at the completion of the service! When you come in for your first visit, if you choose, we are able to securely add your credit card information into our system! All transactions are secure and you will get an email with each charge to your account, detailing the services you used at Wag 'n Paddle. Check-in is a breeze – all you have to do is give us your name and everything else is literally a 'walk in the park'!
cancellation policy
Member Cancellation Policy
A billing cycle for memberships at Wag 'n Paddle consist of 30 days. The membership begins the day you join and will automatically charge the card on file every 30 days. All memberships must be cancelled in writing by sending an email to frontdesk@wagnpaddle.com prior to the next billing cycle. If you are gone from our facility longer than 3 months (90 days) and wish to use the dog park, daycare, or board overnight, you must book another evaluation.
For Wag-Lite memberships, the 5 park passes will expire and cannot be extended beyond the 30 day membership period. Once the membership is auto-renewed, you will receive another 5 passes. For Paddle memberships, all swims must be used within the 30 day membership period. Swims cannot be extended and will expire at the end of the 30 day period. Once the membership is auto-renewed, you will receive either 2 or 4 swims (depending on membership).
Same Day Cancellation | No Show Charge
Same Day Cancellation/No Show Charge for Services – All same day cancellations or no-shows for swims or daycare will incur a $20 cancellation fee. No-show or same day cancellations for evaluations will result in a $20 deposit due at the time of booking for your next appointment. This deposit can be used for any service at Wag 'n Paddle (excluding memberships).

All Boarding reservations will require a $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit at time of booking.

12,000 square feet of fun, wide open, indoor/outdoor space to run, climb and play!
Safety is the number one priority in our dog park. Every dog wanting to play in the park must pass a temperament evaluation prior to admittance. Our park is always monitored by trained staff to make sure all dogs (and humans) are on their best behavior!

Fun + Fitness = Fabulous
Is your dog an active senior, needs to shed a few pounds or just can’t get enough of the water? Bring them to Wag 'n Paddle for a 30-minute swim in one of our 3 heated indoor pools! We safely sanitize each pool, provide a drying room complete with a dryer and towels and are ready to help your dog reach their fitness goals (or just have 30 minutes of super, awesome splash-time fun)!
