Membership Cancellation policy – A billing cycle for memberships at Wag ’N Paddle consist of 30 days.  The membership begins the day you join and will automatically charge the card on file every 30 days.  All memberships must be cancelled in writing by sending an email to frontdesk@wagnpaddle.com prior to the next billing cycle.  If you are gone from our facility longer than 3 months (90 days) and wish to use the dog park, daycare, or board overnight, you must book another evaluation.

For Wag-Lite memberships, the 5 park passes will expire and cannot be extended beyond the 30 day membership period. Once the membership is auto-renewed, you will receive another 5 passes. For Paddle memberships, all swims must be used within the 30 day membership period. Swims cannot be extended and will expire at the end of the 30 day period. Once the membership is auto-renewed, you will receive either 2 or 4 swims (depending on membership).

Same Day Cancellation Charge for Services – All same day cancellations or no-shows for swims or daycare will incur a $20 cancellation fee or result in a deduction of a package credit. No-show or same day cancellations for evaluations will result in a $20 deposit due at the time of booking for your next appointment. This deposit can be used for any service at Wag’n Paddle (excluding memberships).

All Boarding reservations will require a $50 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit at time of booking.
